Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items, promotional gifts, and customized orders are not eligible for return.

  • U.S. Purchases Only: We only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. At this time, we are unable to process returns for international purchases.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@seoulkissed.com or through our website’s contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a replacement, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

 


 

Cancellation Policy

At this time, we do not have the ability to modify or cancel any orders placed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to return the package to us, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to arrange for the package to be returned to the sender.
